Meet Nadine White

Storyteller • Mentor • Vault Keeper

I help women, educators, and mothers reset from burnout, rewire their minds, and return to God-given peace.

Nadine White is a storyteller, mentor, and “Vault Keeper” who helps women, educators, and mothers reset from burnout, rewire their minds, and return to God-given peace. A former educator who served in Texas public schools, Nadine taught English Language Arts and Technology Applications and interned as a Media Specialist. She completed her district’s Administrative Academy and Teacher Leadership Institute, where she became known for her calm leadership, creative problem-solving, and the kind of relational trust that only grows from showing up—consistently—for students, families, and staff. Nadine is now pursuing her Doctor of Education at Lamar University, focusing on educational technology and human-centered storytelling.

Rooted in her Cape Verdean heritage and raised by three matriarchs—her grandmother, her aunt, and her mother—Nadine’s life anthem is “Healing in 3s.” She wasn’t handed an easy script: moving often, navigating family instability, and witnessing the weight of incarceration, she learned early how to listen beneath the noise and find God’s whisper. “Statistically, I wasn’t supposed to …” became not a sentence, but a launch—fuel for a calling that braids faith, intellect, culture, and compassion. When the demands of the system began to collide with motherhood and mental wellness, Nadine chose courage. She stepped away from the work that no longer aligned with her assignment, faced the fog of burnout, and rebuilt her life—slowly, softly, faithfully.

Today, Nadine leads two complementary lanes of impact. Through Vault Wellness, she creates reset tools, gentle mentorship, and faith-rooted content that help women regulate, reframe, and rise. Her signature language—“your mind is the vault; what you lock in, you live out”—invites a daily rhythm of breath, truth, movement, and gratitude. She nurtures a growing community through YouTube, Substack, and The Vault Circle, where Black womanhood, sacred humor, and spiritual discipline meet.

Alongside this work, Nadine is the founder of White Label & Co., a boutique studio providing professional branding and media solutions for schools. Drawing from years inside classrooms and campuses, she designs identity systems, websites, and storytelling campaigns that elevate enrollment, restore clarity, and strengthen community trust. Her approach is simple and rigorous: listen, clarify, design, deliver—assets schools can actually use, not just admire.

Nadine’s life is also a testimony of family: wife to Terrence, mother to Osias and Kortnee, and a daughter of women who made a way. She carries crystals as symbols of God’s creation, prays before she plans, and believes discipline can be soft and holy. Whether she’s producing a reset blueprint, coaching a quiet leader to find her voice, or helping a school tell its story with dignity, Nadine stands in the gap with a steady hand and a warm laugh. Her work is for the ones who are tired but not finished—the ones who need a guide to remember who they are.

God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind.
I choose peace daily. I lock truth in my vault.
